Mattia Vezzola guides his cremant to the softness and lightness of harmony. A particular dedication to the feminine spirit of the women of Lake Garda. 100% Chardonnay from the south-facing vines, which have grown on the oldest moraines of the lake for over 25 years. The soil is gravelly moraine with the presence of limestone.
The hand-picked grapes in the early hours of dawn are subjected to slow and soft pressing. The first fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with 35% of the must evolving in small white oak barrels for about 8 months. Second fermentation in the bottle with aging for 24-30 months after harvest.

Three Senses

Fine and harmonious bubble, light froth on a straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose an elegant complexity between notes of white fruit, pear, citrus and dried fruit. In the mouth we find an enveloping and generous wine with an enveloping and delicate bubble. The acid spine makes it ideal on fish and raw food starters, risottos or delicate first courses.
