From 28 different vineyards with an average age between 28 and 32 years, Ca 'del Bosco produces a thoroughbred Zero Dosage, a tribute to Franciacorta and its potential. 65% Chardonnay, 13% Pinot Bianco and 22% Pinot Nero. The base wines stay 5 months in small oak barrels and another 2 in aging tanks before composing the cuvee. After the tirage, usually in April, it ages on the lees for an average of 48 months. The Dosage Zero version has been specially selected for its excellent quality to be bottled without liquer.
