It is the red entry conero, from Montepulciano in purity. Planted in 1990 at 2,500 plants per hectare at about 60m above sea level. After a short maceration in the press at low temperature, it ferments at a controlled temperature in steel. Matures 6 months in steel on the fins with batonnage. Refine 2/3 months.
The Fioretti Brera vineyards are a spectacle that also bewitches the animals of the repopulation oasis of Monte Camillone. The Meadows of Rigo di Castelfidardo are located right between Mount Camillone and the Conero, which holds back the clouds and protects from frosts.
The grapes are grown as saplings, so dense that they leave no room for machines and give very sweet little groups. The grapes are those of Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Malvasia and, recently added, the Garofanata. In the cellar we work with wood, the good one, with the terracotta amphorae of the ancient Romans and the cement of the grandparents.
- Few clear and shared rules: we use sulphites to the bare minimum and we vinify organically by religion, not by business choice. -
