Cotes du Jura Trousseau Bruno Bienaime 2019 Magnum
The Trousseau grapes come from the 'Aux Chauffaux' and 'Vignes de Cour' parcels, harvested and selected by hand, fermented on indigenous yeasts. Maceration lasts for 3 weeks and then refines for 2 years in cask.

Bruno Bienaimé begins his adventure in the world of wine alongside Vincent Laval, of Champagne Georges Laval. In 2016 he finally found his ideal terrain in the Jura, where he feels closer to being in contact with nature. The Arlay area seduces him and today he cultivates 3.2 hectares of vineyards, with Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau and Pinot Noir treated in an artisanal way, with the utmost respect for the environment and grapes. The vinifications are natural, without additions and without filtrations, in order to let the magnificent terroir of the Jura express itself.
