Oltretempo was born from the desire to represent the essence of Verdecchio in its more sandy and sunny soils than Morro d'Alba. The wine that comes from these soils is an expression of longevity and finesse. After careful harvesting and vinification, it rests for 10 months on the fine lees and another 30 in the bottle, where it forms its winning character.

Three Senses
At the glass, it is a brilliant deep yellow showing some greenish reflections. Wild flowers and herbs over which a hint of flint is expressed. Soft but dry, full-bodied, the palate has excellent flavor balance.
