The idea of ​​producing a still wine with the same techniques as Franciacorta leads to the creation of 'without bubbles'. The Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes are vinified to make them long-lived and aged in steel for 12 months. A further 18 months in bottle with crown cap follow before leaving the cellar.

Three Senses
Straw yellow with golden highlights, the wine is an olfactory explosion that takes us to fruit, citrus, a bouquet of wild flowers, enhanced by notes of hazelnut and butter.
