The recipe that the Cardinali family has been handed down for generations dates back to about half of the 19th century. The whole family participates in the creation of the products: mother Amalia, father Giovanni, children Luca, Giselle and Cristiano with their respective wives and husbands and 6 grandchildren. We all recognize the gratitude to the sea and to time, which shape and caress the valleys of the region, creating a terroir suited to the spontaneous birth of wild cherries, called sour cherries.

For years the Cardinali family has been combining the Easter tradition of artisanal colomba with that of the Marche region of visciolata, a drink obtained as a peasant tradition, from wine, sour cherries and sugar, to indulge the female taste on festive days. At first a panettone with hearts of Visciolata del Cardinale was born, then the Colomba for Easter.
