One of the most representative labels of this young winemaker is his Gevrey Chambertin Creux Brouillard. Gevrey is the largest village in the Cote de Nuits, but the grapes for this wine are distinguished exclusively by a single vineyard located at the bottom of the slope where the deep limestone and clayey soils are relatively fresh; it is also one of the last vineyards to be harvested in the Municipality usually. The style of this vineyard tends to be lighter and fresher. Jeremy's style tends to follow these characteristics, with a further ability to refine the terroir. For greater purity, the wine is vinified with whole clusters and aged in third passage barriques.
