The white Chenin Blanc by Julien Delrieu La Joue is an assembly of two parcels called Pont Borceau (vineyard planted in 1973) and the better known Jeau (1965 vineyard very close to Stepane Bernaudeau's Les Nourissons) from which the oldest plants are selected for dedicate a wine to this vineyard. The Pont Borceau part ferments in stainless steel cuvées while the Le Jeau bunches are left in light maceration on the skins. The vinification takes place thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts and the aging takes place mainly in used barriques.
