The Jeau white wine differs from the almost homonymous Joue for the origin of the grapes entirely from the vineyard very close to Stephane Bernaudeau's Le Nourissons, planted in 1965 which rests on a schist slope facing west overlooking the small river Lys. The vinification takes place thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place mainly in used barriques.
