Fresh and vibrant aligoté obtained from a vineyard near Rully in the Cote Chalonnaise planted on calcareous soil. Jérôme presses his whites in an old vertical press that extracts more flavor and structure than the more common pneumatic press. Jerome is one of the first winemakers who insisted on the potential of Aligoté and one of the first to participate in the Les Aligoteurs association.
