Cote de Nuits Vieilles Vignes Jerome Galeyrand 2020
Made with vines over 60 years old, the Côte de Nuits Villages Vieilles Vignes is a light and bright Pinot noir with aromas of spices and red berries. The grapes are grown in calcareous soils according to the methods of biodynamic viticulture.
The wine was vinified with 25/30% whole bunches, fermented with indigenous yeasts with minimal addition of sulfur dioxide. Like all Galeyrand wines, this label too has the organic certificate. It is aged in oak barrels, maximum 20% new.
