La Capinera Brut Rosè is a Franciacorta made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyards are located on ancient colluvial terrain graded on a rocky substrate of conglomerate gravels.
The grapes undergo maceration lasting about 24 hours, after which the first fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature.
Bottle re-fermentation with aging on the lees lasts 36 months.
Pale pink in color, it impresses with a rich intensity of aroma reminiscent of blackberry, red currant, and cherry. In the mouth it is fresh, thirst-quenching, pleasant. Perfect for pairing with meat dishes, cured meats, aged cheeses, but also goat cheese.
Vigneti Cenci
The Cenci vineyards rise at the foot of Monte Orfano in Cologne, in the southernmost part of Franciacorta.
The secret of their wines? Monte Orfano, its "terroir" and its climate that, together with Pinot Blanc, are the essential elements at the base of Franciacorta.
The minerality of Monte Orfano and the sunny, windy and dry climate allow the grapes of the Cenci Vineyards, and in particular the Pinot Blanc, to express their best, guaranteeing the floral and fruity scents that make wines unique.
Mineral and mature wines, with a persistent taste and fresh and fruity aromas.
