Vilain p'tit Ch'nin Lise & Bertrand Jousset 2022: continuing toward Anjou we find Domaine Lise and Bertrand Jousset with this version of Chenin.

Anjou Haut De La Garde Pierre Bise 2022: Claude Papin is a philosopher of the vineyard. It is approaching organic viticulture, but its wines have always been fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aging for 50% of the grapes in barrique, remaining in steel for this chenin blanc really essential.

Pouilly Fumè La Renardière Chatellier 2022: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Fumé, from clay- and silicon-rich soils dating back to the Kimmeridgian period, located on the Saint-Andelain hill overlooking the Loire River.

Amor Fati Marie-Lise et Thomas Batardiere 2022: in Anjou, and more specifically in Montlouis-sur-Loire, Marie-Lise and Thomas Batardiere produce this version of red from Grolleau Noir grapes. Not to be missed when paired with braised meat.

Saumur Champigny La Porte Saint Jean 2021: pure Cabernet Franc created by one of the Loire's most talented winemakers, Sylvain Dittièr.
