This Wine Box dedicated to the Loire contains:

- L'Esprit Libre Marie-Lise et Thomas Batardiere 2022: from the plot located in the lieu-dit L'Esperance in the neighboring commune of Belleville sur Layon. The vinification and aging take place almost entirely in steel, for a period of 11 months after the wine has fermented thanks to its own yeasts.

- Les Cocus Marie-Lise et Thomas Batardiere 2022: a climat adjacent to Montbenault on the Coteau de Faye d'Anjou, the prestigious right bank of the Layon. A stern terroir that gives rise to a wine worthy of aging, full of character and complexity.

- Les Noels de Montebeneault Marie-Lise et Thomas Batardiere 2022: from a small parcel of land called Les Noels de Montbenault, it is the true star of Anjou. Marie-Lise and Thomas Batardiere acquired a 0.5-hectare plot on this hill whose soil is rich in rhyolite, a volcanic soil that makes it unique in the area.

- Peau Let La Porte Saint Jean 2022: a white wine from Chenin grapes dedicated to and also created by Pauline, wife and collaborator of Sylvain Dittière. The name of the wine itself is a dedication to Pauline, but not only. It also evokes the winemaking process the wine undergoes. The skins (in French, "peau") are left to macerate for 5 weeks. Then, for another 20 months, the wine ages in new barriques.

- Saumur Les Pouches Rouge La Porte Saint Jean 2021: Red Saumur made from 100% Cabernet Franc. The plot is owned by the winery, just 1 km from the cellar, and boasts vines that are 70 years old for half and around 20 years old for the rest. The soil dates back to the Jurassic period and is composed of sand and clay. The wine is the perfect balance between the youthful drive and the poise of the older vines, vinified without stems in conical wooden and cement vats.

- Saumur Les Cormiers La Porte Saint Jean 2021: cuvée made from vines at least 40 years old, recovered in 2012. We are in the area between Saumur and Doué La Fontaine, and the soil is mainly sandy clay with 60% pebbles (themselves made of limestone and flint) dating back to the Jurassic period. Aging involves contact with the lees for 30 months.
