An unmissable opportunity. A box that contains unique bottles from one of the most representative domaine of the Jura region. Domaine Labet is located to the south in the area called Revermont. In the cellar they work by following two visions, the most traditional one (the first) producing "voile" wines, which means that during the aging period the barrel is not filled, thus facilitating the formation of a veal of yeasts, giving the wine typical oxidative sensations of the area. The second approach was realized for the first time by Alain Labet, who can be considered the pioneer of the "ouillés" style, that is, wines produced through aging the wine through full barrels, typical of neighboring Burgundy, thus revealing the great potential of the white wines of the Jura.

Chardonnay Savagnin Vin de Voile Domaine Labet 2018: the vinification of this wine is done in full classic Jura style. The vines have an average age of 65 years. Chardonnay 95% and Savagnin 5%.
Metis 2022: blending wine. In this vintage the grapes are divided as follows: 35% Gamay, 22% Poulsard, 10% Trousseau, 18% Pinot, 10% old native vines, 5% Enfariné, aged for 5 months on fine lees in 228-liter barrels.

Pinot Noir Selection Clonale 2022: wine made from 4 high-quality clones planted on just under half a hectare between 1985 and 1986. The soil on which the vineyard stands is typically Jurassic, with Bajocian-era limestone, pebbles and clay. The wine is aged for 6 months on fine lees in 228-liter barrels.
Gamay La Reine 2022: consisting of a 100% Gamay blend from small vineyards planted, in part, in 1963. The winemaking process involves carbonic maceration that lasts 11 days and is conducted at a constant temperature of 11°. The 7-month aging, on the other hand, takes place in 228-liter barrels.
