Broccanera's Gin Leo is a Verdicchio-based gin, produced in the heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi territory. The name is dedicated to Leo, a historical figure from Arcevia who was a great lover of distillation.
A gin that encapsulates the aromas and scents of the Marche terroir.
Three Senses
In Gin Leo Giorgio Santini wanted to encapsulate the essence of the Verdicchio terroir: from the distinct green apple and anise notes, always present in Verdicchio, the pimpinella that grows wild in the castle of Caudino, to the resin of the pine forest of Monte Sant'Angelo, all supported by the freshness reminiscent of the air of the Castelli di Arcevia

A small entity of just 4 hectares planted with vines located at an 'altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The values that guide the philosophy of Giorgio Santini and his collaborators are: love of nature, hospitality and territory.
The wines tell the story of the territory from which they are born; the more typical Verdicchio is joined by other varieties such as Merlot and Syrah. The temperature range to which the vineyards are subjected, the winds from the west, and the richness of the subsoil generate unique situations that express extraordinary oenological notes.
