Salchichon de Bellota Pre-Sliced Remedios Sanchez 100g

Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Salchichon de Bellota, cured naturally in Guijuelo and in our wood-burning fireplace. It comes from 100% Iberian pigs raised in the wild, on pasture and fed acorns. This Salchichon is made with the finest parts of the pigs, a very fine mincing of the meat, and the secret marinade of Remedios.

Pre-sliced in a 100g package. For optimal tasting, we recommend opening the package 10 minutes before consumption and keeping it at room temperature.
