The Franciacorta Rose Mosnel is a delicate balance between elegance, festive bubbly rosé and the maturity of red fruit. The pink color is due to maceration on the peels of the Pinot Noir, in cuvee with Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. Fermentation and elevage take place in 80% stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and the remaining in small oak barrels, where malolactic also takes place. After the draw, the bottles rest 24 months in the seventeenth-century cellars. After disgorging is dosaged brut and waits for another two months before being placed on the market.
