Coteaux Champenois Blanc Thomas Perseval 2020: from vineyards planted in Chamery, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, a blend of Chardonnay, Petite Meslier, Arbanne, and Pinot Blanc. Domaine Thomas Perseval consists of only six parcels spread across 2,5 hectares of vineyards. The approach to viticulture and winemaking is careful, sustainable, and respectful.

Coteaux Champenois Blanc Les Rouleaux Clement Perseval 2022: only 285 bottles produced, the Coteaux Champenois "Les Rouleaux" is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes harvested from vines planted in 1981 on clay-limestone soils. Clément Perseval embraces organic and biodynamic viticulture, aiming to enhance the identity and richness of the Chamery terroir to the fullest.

Coteaux Champenois Rouge Les Hautes Sources Souris Domaine Oudiette 2022: Pinot Noir from the "Les Hautes Sources Souris" parcel in the village of Beaunay. The vinification process includes two maceration phases: the first at cold temperature and the second at warm temperature. Fermentation is carried out exclusively with native yeasts.
