Bujo was born in 2020, among the hills of the Marche region, in a corner of land that tells stories of tradition and love for nature. It is a wine that breathes to the slow rhythm of the seasons, listening to the beat of the soil beneath the rows. Its essence is not dictated by rigid protocols, but by a deep respect for the life that flows between the vineyard and the cellar.

Harvesting is done by hand, with ancient and slow gestures, to select only the grapes that have found their perfect balance.

Bujo is a Syrah that expresses a passion for authentic viticulture.

Fermentation occurs spontaneously, without the addition of yeast, letting nature dictate the timing and express its character. After fermentation, the wine ages for a long time on the noble lees, resting in barrels that give complexity and depth, without ever overpowering the essence of Syrah.

Each vintage is different, a story in itself, and this is what makes Bujo a living wine, capable of evolving and transforming with the passage of time.

The name Bujo encapsulates the history of farmers in the Marche region, who looked with fear and uncertainty at the idea of changing their traditional methods to elevate the quality of their vineyards. Into that initial “darkness,” however, came a new light: the realization that the bond with the land, if cultivated with love and respect, can lead to extraordinary results.

Bujo opens with notes of ripe berries and spices, then reveals mineral nuances that speak of the rocks and soil in which the roots sink. It is a wine that demands time, both to be understood and to be enjoyed, a wine that evolves in the glass, just like the land from which it comes.

Three Senses
Bujo shows a deep ruby red color, a promise of elegance and power. On the nose, its notes are a journey between ripe red fruits, sweet spices and that unmistakable touch of black pepper that distinguishes great Syrahs. On the palate, it is a wine that envelops with soft, velvety tannins, giving surprising drinkability and long persistence.
