Jerome Galeyrand runs several "climats" in the commune of Fixin and is a master of expression of this terroir. The terroir of Fixin produces a more concentrated and spicy Pinot Noir, always elegant and fine, but with a gastronomic character and good aging potential. Lovers of southern wines should appreciate it as a first introduction to Burgundy wines.
Le Champs de Vosger is located on sandy soils alternating with alum gravel and the vineyard was planted in 1980. A surprising Fixin, already open and expressive with aromas of plums, berries, rose petals and spicy notes.
