Blauwal Nature represents Cesconi’s purest interpretation of the Classic Method: a zero dosage sparkling wine that expresses the essence of the territory with precision and authenticity.

Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on the hills of Pressano, at altitudes between 300 and 500 meters, the vines are trained using the traditional pergola system and average over 30 years of age. The soils, rich in sandstone and minerals, contribute elegance and tension to the wine.

Grapes are whole-cluster pressed gently, with a maximum yield of 55%, to preserve the finesse of the first press juice. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in used barriques, and the base wine is a blend of multiple vintages aged in wood for added complexity and balance.

After the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine rests on its lees for at least 70 months, developing a fine perlage, aromas of bread crust, candied citrus, and almonds, with a palate that is linear, saline, and vibrant.

Three Senses
Blauwal Nature Trento DOC is ideal for lovers of dry, gastronomic sparkling wines. Perfect with raw seafood, oysters, vegetarian dishes, or enjoyed on its own for moments of true celebration.

Cesconi Soc. Agr. - Pressano (TN)

Winery Cesconi

In the heart of Trentino, on the hills of Pressano, the Cesconi family has been cultivating vineyards and making wine since 1751 — combining artisanal care, deep respect for the land, and a forward-looking vision.

Today, the winery tends to around 10 hectares of vineyards spread between the Pressano hills (300–500 meters above sea level) and the Valle dei Laghi. These two distinct areas, with their unique microclimates and soils, give rise to wines of remarkable character and territorial expression.

On the ancient Triassic-era soils of Pressano — among the oldest in Italy — varieties such as Nosiola, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Lagrein are cultivated with sustainable practices, producing wines known for their finesse and elegance.

In the Valle dei Laghi, two main vineyards complete the picture: Prabi, with its sandy, alluvial-origin soils, is home to Manzoni Bianco; while Pivier, richer in clay and silt, is planted with Merlot and Cabernet Franc, yielding reds with depth and structure.

Cesconi represents a perfect harmony between tradition and innovation — crafting wines that are consistent, environmentally conscious, and uncompromising in quality.
