• Chablis Domaine du Vieux Loup Goublot 2022
  Vinified in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The bouquet opens with iodine notes, citrus, floral hints, and fresh almonds, evolving into honeyed and nutty tones. On the palate, it’s fruity, mineral, and well-balanced.
• Chablis Terroir de la Chapelle – Patrick Piuze 2023
  From a 1974 vineyard on a plateau on the left bank of the Serein, planted east to west to avoid direct sunlight. Fermented and aged 50% in used barrels and 50% in vats. This Chablis is brisk, bright, and zesty, bursting with green and yellow fruit.
• Chablis Jean-Claude Bessin Tremblay 2023
  From 18–40-year-old vines, harvested late for full aromatic ripeness. Aged for 15 months in vats and barrels. Mineral and citrus aromas meet a tense, savory palate with elegance and complexity. A gastronomic white with depth and precision.
