Laureano Serres

Laureano Serres was the first of his family to make their own grapes, bringing the principles of quality and craftsmanship from the vineyard to the cellar. Laureano wines are
the emblem of natural wines: in 2002 he forgot to add sulfur in one of the vats for aging. He realized that he had obtained more expressive and in any case stable wines.
Since then he has continued to make wine in this way. We present five wines, three
white and two reds, representative of his style.
