"Wine is the poetry of the earth". Words of a great writer, Mario Soldati. In one sentence he enclosed the essence of how wine should be perceived between poetry, art and music. In short, everything that makes one enjoy and enjoy man in connection with Nature.
The essence of wine instead is represented by the balance of aromas, flavors and tactile sensations, elements that derive from the earth, from the vine and from the mature seed and therefore the Nature itself which contains its ephemeral beauty.
The only way to take revenge is to preserve the uniqueness of the time of harvest and to propose it on your table, the space of happiness, friends, love and joy: the perfect order.
