Francois Carillon
The Domaine Francois Carillon is the excellence of the Carillon family, present at Puligny Montrachet since the 1600s. The logo used today was found on a stone in 1632 in a village cellar. The Carillon cuvèes have been part of the elite of the great Burgundy wines for many years. Adored by the specialized critic and never missing on the card of wines of the best restaurants in the world, the Carillon family produces extremely elegant wines that perfectly embody the terroir. With his 15 generations of farmers behind him, Francois Carillon always works with ardor and passion supported by his collaborators Jean Michel, Fred et Laurence. The Domaine in extended on about 6.5 hectares. In 2009 after the death of his father Louis Carillon, Francois and his brother Jacques decided to divide the properties of the Domaine into two parts and to pursue each one his vigneron idea. Francois works with dedication to the ground and respect for the soil by cultivating all the parcels with the horse and maintaining a manic care for the ground.
