Vittorini

Cantina Vittorini

The Vittorini company is a very small and fairly young firm in Marche. It was born in 2005 when Niko Speranza, employed in Verona, decided to move to the Marche to manage a small, 2.5-hectare vineyard estate left by his grandfather. Niko returns as a man, recreating the vineyards with his direct intervention towards environmental sustainability. Niko is determined in his choices and starts a process of change that is still going on directed towards biological and natural viticulture. He has a particular attention to low sulfur doses, but without abandoning techniques of traditional viticulture using selected yeasts and clarifying And filtering the wines. In his cellar Niko Speranza runs both native grape varieties (montepulciano, sangiovese, pecorino, braised bruni) and international varieties (petit verdot, marcelan).

Monsampietro Morico is located in the Fermo countryside, at three hundred meters above sea level in an excellent climatic condition for the vine, also considering the influence of sea breezes penetrating without finding any obstacles.
