Marta Valpiani
Marta Valpiani has a strong determination and great respect for her own land in Castrocaro Terme. Immersed in vineyards and olive groves, the gaze spans for miles shaped by the ripples of local calamchi. In operation since 1999, the vineyards are 300 meters above sea level, on soils made up of clay and, in the least, silt and sand, which give the wines a 'sensual aroma'. The vineyard is worked with great care and extreme respect, to bring the grapes in the cellar, modern and in line with the new wine technologies, with pneumatic press, tanks in stainless steel at controlled temperature, microssigators and a French oak barrel. The winemaking is followed by the advice of Friulian enologist Dr. Nicola Pittini.
