Paride Iaretti

Paride decides to create a true cellar from the passion of Father Pietro, who already made excellent wines, albeit without modern knowledge. His son bought more vineyards to give the
company more strength and begins to produce wines that are appreciated right away, thanks to both passion, knowledge of conventional but reasoned vinification techniques and the exceptional vocation of the historic vineyards. The ground of the gattinara and the depth of the roots play a prominent role in each bottle.
