Cellar natural Franciacorta Arcari Danesi

 

Arcari + Danes was born in 2006, after at least 10 years of Giovanni and Nico design. The winery is in Coccaglio, cut into the south side of the rock Montorfano, just on the southern border of Franciacorta. 5 hectares planted to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a bit 'of Pinot Blanc, in Coccaglio with terraces around the winery and in Capriolo.

In 2009 they begin to work with IOLs Solouva method, with no added sugar), to increase the value of the land that gives that kind of grapes and the kind of wine. Instead of sucrose (cane or beet sugar) the wort of the same grapes is used in a natural way, rich of sugar, and why so born pure wines, exclusive of territoir. The first protagonist is just the terroir, in an area famous as the Franciacorta. The soils, the altitudes, the alternate of the plains and hills, exposures of the vineyards, make the area a great variety of geological wealth that inevitably lead to different results from vineyard to vineyard. The second protagonist is the grape, of course!
