Clos Naudin
Philippe Foreau is one of the best interpreters of the Chenin Blanc in its vocation territory, the Loire. After Clous Naudin, Philppe Foreau took the managing of the firm, after 3 generations of winemakers, he works on 12 hectares of vines per 55,000 bottles produced, among all the labels. Foreau works in organic farming, he does not use capitalization and works with native yeasts. The fermentations take place in large old wooden barriques for sweet wines and steel for the dry and sparkling wines. The respect for the grapes in the vineyard and the winemaking brings in all the taste of the precious soils of Loire, which in the fields of Clos Naudin appear with silicon clay, called 'perruches'.
