Here the things are done seriously, with the high-Aesine method and the precision of a family dedicated to agriculture that has always played a key role in this estate. The vineyards are 500m above sea level, but they enjoy a high mountain microclimate, just below the Mendola massif (with tops up to 1400 mt.) Not far from Val di Non. The thermal excursions are the main prerogative for the Stroblhof wines which also enjoy continuous ventilation.
