Jeaneaux Robin

Jeaneaux Robin

Cyril Jeaneaux Robin returned to the Family House in 1999, after working for the local Cave Cooperatives. With his arrival, the first transformations started: herbs in the soil, exclusive use of copper and sulfur in the vineyard. The Domaine counts 5 hectares and a half in Talus Saint Prix and one hectare in the Aube. Mostly they grow Pinot Meunier, but also Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown on calcareous limestone soils with silicon presence. Vineyards have an average age of 50 years and vinification takes place partly in the openings and partly in wood. Cyril is planning the biodynamic transformation of the company. Right now his champagne has a territorial expression.
