The Brothers Collavo carry on the project of theirFather Caesar, which began in the 1960s. On the 5 hectares worked, 3 are to vineyard, 1 to cereals and the rest to a stable meadow and forest. The directions of the organic regime are just the starting point of the spirit that moves the company. The three brothers, Massimo, Marco and Mauro, conduct the activity in the most sustainable way possible, in harmony with the plant and plant species that occupy it. The beginning was not easy, after years of conventional crops that have depleted the soil and the plants, the farm had to heal the soil, plants and bacterial microflora. Now the plants are stronger, healthier and more resistant to disease. In the cellar the guiding philosophy is the same, avoiding interventions that could alter the natural evolution of wine.
