Filodivino

The story of five men intertwines around a common thread, wine. This is how a friendship born and is fed continuously by the desire to experiment and progress. Common love for earth and nature guides their choices day by day and illuminates their goal. Filodivino was born in the Marches, in San Marcello, between the historic DOC of Lacrima and Verdicchio. Verdicchio's vineyards are the oldest, with their 35/40 years, while Lacrima is younger, about ten. In 2016 new vineyards were planted to ensure continuity and growth. Currently in conversion to the Biological Regime, the vineyard sees great manual work, on every single plant, from root to sprout, at all stages of its life. The roaring of the vineyards and roses planted in the head of the rows are just the most obvious signs of change. The workmanship in the vineyard brings in healthy and aromatic grapes to the cellar. In the sign of the maximum respect to the wine, they continue to limit the additives and the human impact on the evolution of wine. Vinification uses steel and a limited contact with oxygen to ensure the characteristic fresh and savory style. Attention is also important to the experimentation, which is possible thanks to tests and analyzes carried out at every stage of production, so that it has a solid foundation on which to base future choices.
