Domaine de La Tournelle

The Domaine is committed to production on a human scale and to protecting the environment. Its philosophy is to treat the grapes by hand and without the use of chemicals. We are far from the commonplace thinking that to produce organic wine it is nature that does all the work. All the grapes come from our own vineyard.

The grass is allowed to grow spontaneously between the rows and although it is a laborious effort for those working in the vineyard, it is weeded by hand and no herbicides are ever used.
