The winery Dryas was born In 2011 by the will and the passion of Stefano and Rossella. The personal allegiance, combined with the traits of this precious land, has allowed to enhance the oldest and representative vine variety of the Irpinia countryside: Fiano di Avellino.
The choice to look after their own vineyards personally, to select exclusively the best grapes, to combine modernity with tradition of production processes, has created wine but especially sparkling wine
