Olivier Lamy's reserved and almost elusive character hides a person perfectly passionate about his work: tireless experimenter, continuation of the search for a more firm territorial rooting for his wines, Olivier has joined his father Hubert since 1995 and today he leads a Domaine with almost 14 hectares of vineyards, which produces one hundred thousand assorted bottles in 18 different labels. The whites of the appellation Saint Aubin remain the strong point of the proposal, vinified in tonneaux to ensure greater balance to the wines. In the vineyard, the use of chemical treatments has been abandoned for over fifteen years.
