Domaine Denis Race

From four champions the Domaine Denis Race is in the heart of Chablis, with 18 hectares of vineyards that cover the 4 denominations of the area. Today it has vines aged from 2 to 65 years, totally planted in Chardonnay on perfectly exposed slopes. The soil is composed of clay-limestone layers rich in Kimmeridgian fossils, which give the wines the right finesse and complexity. Two of the three daughters of Laurence and Denis connect next to their parents, in the vineyard and in the cellar, to establish the bases of the next generation.
