It is with the experience of Venetian winemakers that the Peruzzi family has produced since 1988 this Spumante Classic Millesimato Method using exclusively Verdicchio grapes, autochthonous grape of the area of the Castelli di Jesi, of which Monte Roberto and Maiolati Spontini where the vineyards are located. Verdicchio is an exclusive local opera in the central area of the Marche region. The wine that, unlike most white wines, best suits aging and is therefore particularly suited to the production of Classic Sparkling Wine.
