Silvia Zucchi

Silvia Zucchi is a young star from Sorbara, with her always energetic vitality, the desire to stand out and an extreme respect for the land and its fruits. It is the third generation that follows at the helm of the company, after his father Davide and grandfather Bruno. A story of peasant work that is perfected with new energies and experiences, finding a place among the most appreciated winemakers, both in Italy and abroad. After completing her oenology studies, Silvia goes through various cellars from which she absorbs a vast experience on new processing techniques. The heart of everything are certainly the thirty-year-old vineyards located on the right bank of the Secchia, in the locality of San Prospero. From here come the grapes that the young and expert hand of Silvia is able to elaborate on four splendid labels dedicated to her father and grandparents. Two charmat methods, a refermented in bottle according to local tradition, and a classic zero dosage method. Perfect to quench your thirst or to accompany dishes inspired by the traditional Modenese cuisine.
