Chateau Lafitte

Chateau Lafitte

Chateau Lafitte is aged at 14th century, but it is the 2018 vintage of wine production. Equipped with a photovoltaic roof and rainwater collection, it is built underground and uses the Canadian well for natural freshness. It makes the difference in the wine depending on the gravity of the wine moving during the cooking process. The extreme power does not allow for the ideal ambient temperature for biodynamic production. I take 5 photos of Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng, all converted to biodynamic. The land is alive, the air is clean and the grapes are healthy, an excellent starting point for exceptional wines. Antoine is the owner of the canteen, a serious winemaker and an enthusiast, passionate about environmental protection. He has been following the winery since 2012 and has given it new vital energy.

Wine at Chateau Lafitte only slightly added sulfur and my filters are almost non-filtered. Antoine's belief in the relationship between nature and food is determined by the production of wine and the mass of colors he and his person live by.
