You can buy products directly selecting them through our online catalog. Put your desired product into your cart and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

I did not find the wine I was looking for, what do I do?

Contact us without hesitation (filling in the form, by calling 071 63811 or by sending an email to web@gallienoteca.it), we will try to fulfill your desires.

If a product appears on the site means that it is available immediately?

All products are visible and available for purchase. However, it may happen that while you are ordering a product for which you see the availability, the same product is being ordered at the same time another customer.

If in my order there are some products available and some not available, what happens?
If some of the items are not currently in stock due to an inventory error, we will contact the customer as soon as we receive the order and agree on a delivery time in case of an upcoming restocking, a partial refund, or a possible restocking with other similar products.

If the merchandise is broken as I do?
In the case that the courier delivers you a broken parcel, do not accept the goods and notify us as soon as possible so that we can promptly handle the shipment with the assigned courier and reintegrate what you have ordered.

Can I send the goods to a different address than the billing address or send the goods to a friend?
Yes, in the order process you will have the possibility to specify a different address to which we'll send the goods, in case you want to give away wine at home or surprise someone.

My shipments are insured?
